Memorandum
Attached for your consideration is a request the Michigan Ovarian Cancer Alliance (MIOCA) to close the following streets on Sunday, May 10, 2020 from 5:30 A.M. until 10:00 A.M. for the Time to Teal 5K:

? Main Street between Keech and Liberty
? Liberty between Main and State
? Hill between Main and Division
? Division between Hill and Hoover
? Hoover between Division and Greene
? Keech between Greene and Main
? Maynard between William and Liberty

The actual race will start at 8:00 A.M. and end by 9:00 A.M. with all streets to be reopened as soon as safely possible after the last runners and participants have cleared the affected areas.

This event has been run previously as the Ann Arbor Goddess Run, but the event now has new race directors under MIOCA. The route remains the same as in previous years and all proceeds will go to MIOCA. The Maynard Parking Structure will remain accessible via Thompson Street.

MIOCA will submit an application for approval from the State of Michigan Liquor Control Commission for temporary sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages in the defined areas pursuant to the MLCC regulations.

Notification of the street closings will be provided through the City's website and GovDelivery, the applicant will notify churches and neighborhood associations no later than one week prior to the event.
