Proposed Amendments to Council Rules
Memorandum
The Council Administration Committee distributes the attached proposed amendments to Council Rules as a communication item for the May 6, 2024 Council Agenda with the intent to sponsor a Resolution to Approve Amendments to Council Rules on May 20, 2024.
These amendments are intended to clarify and remove ambiguities, communicate with the public, and to align the Council Rules to Council practice and modern technology.
