Memorandum
Attached for your review and approval is a resolution to authorize a Professional Services Agreement with OHM Advisors to update the City's water distribution comprehensive plan and hydraulic model.

A staff selection committee reviewed the proposals and determined OHM Advisors the most qualified for the work according to several criteria:

*?Professional Qualifications (20%)
*?Past Involvement with Similar Projects (20%)
*?Work Plan (40%)
*?Fee Proposal (20%)

The project is anticipated to be completed in late 2025. Additional project budget is requested to retain OHM Advisors for a three (3) year period following the completion of this project for as-needed hydraulic modeling services as outlined in the RFP. These as-needed services may include: future updates to the hydraulic model; system operation troubleshooting, development impact analysis, etc.
