Memorandum
Attached for your review and action is a resolution approving amendment 1 to the Master Content Subscription Agreement with OpenSesame Inc. to change the City's subscription from the Plus 100 package to the unlimited package in the amount of $16,188.00.

On September 18, 2023, City Council approved Resolution R-23-343 to enter into a Master Subscription Agreement with OpenSesame to provide training content that will be delivered via the UKG Learning and Development module within the UKG Human Resources Information System. That agreement limited the City's available training content to the Plus 100 Package. This amendment will allow the City to select from an unlimited amount of training content.

Budget/Fiscal Impact: The FY2024 portion of $2,529.38 will be paid from the approved FY 2024 Risk Fund budget.

The FY2025 amount of $6,070.50 is anticipated to be budgeted in the Risk Fund budget and the FY2026 amount of $7,588.13 is anticipated to be budgeted in the FY2026 Information Technology budget.

OpenSesame Inc. complies with the requirements of the City's Non-discrimination and Living Wage ordinances.
