Resolution to Accept a Water Main Easement at 2195 E. Ellsworth Road from Lockwood of Ann Arbor Limited Dividend Housing Association Limited Partnership (8 Votes Required)

Memorandum

This easement is shown on the approved site plan for the Lockwood of Ann Arbor PUD Site Plan located on 2195 E. Ellsworth Road. The PUD site plan and development agreement for this development was approved by City Council on February 1, 2021 in R-21-042.

 

The easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.

Whereas, Lockwood of Ann Arbor Limited Dividend Housing Association Limited Partnership, a Michigan limited partnership, is the owner of property commonly known as 2195 E. Ellsworth Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48108 by virtue of the deeds recorded in Liber 2036, Page 707 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and

 

Whereas, Grantor has signed a grant of easement for water main and appurtenances as described below and on the attached map:

RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
