Memorandum
Attached for your review and approval is a resolution to approve a 2-year contract with Lansing Real Green Lawn Care, Inc for up to $109,765.00 annually for right-of-way mowing and landscaping services.

ITB-4727 was advertised on the City's Website and on the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network (MITN) website. Six (6) bids were received and publicly opened on March 7, 2023. Lansing Real Green Lawn Care, Inc was the lowest responsible bidder for weekly mowing of traffic islands and the wastewater treatment plant, bi-weekly mowing of other City-owned properties, bi-annual right-of-way mowing/brush clearing guardrail trimming and landscaping services.

The six bidders were:
1. RNA Facilities Management
2. Ground Control LLC
3. DJ's Landscape Management
4. Lansing Real Green Lawn Care, Inc
5. Pacific Outdoor Living
6. Superior Landscape Companies

Budget/Fiscal Impact: Funding is available in the appropriate approved FY23 Operations and Maintenance budgets and will be available in subsequent annual budgets if so, approved by City Council.

Lansing Real Green Lawn Care, Inc complies with the City's Non-Discrimination and Living Wage ordinances.
