Whereas, The Standard at Ann Arbor, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known as 425 S. Main Street, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48104, described at Liber 5370, Page 54 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, The Standard at Ann Arbor, LLC has signed a grant of easement for sidewalk described as:
Land situated in the City of Ann Arbor, County of Washtenaw, and State of Michigan, described as: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 4 South of Huron Street, Range 4 East, of the Original Plat of the Village (now City) of Ann Arbor, as recorded in Liber of Transcript Pages 152 and 153, Washtenaw County Records, said point being the intersection of the East line of South Main Street (82.5 feet wide) and the South line of Williams Street (66 feet wide); thence North 89 degrees 59 minutes 27 seconds East 124.95 feet along said South line of Williams Street (66 feet wide); thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 30 seconds West, 7.50 feet along the West line of a Public Alley (16 feet wide); thence South 89 degrees 59 minutes 27 seconds West, 124.96 feet; thence North 7.50 feet along said East line of Main Street (82.5 feet wide) to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. Being a part of the Southeast¼ of Section 29, T2S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, and containing 937.2 square feet of land, more or less.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
