The attached resolution authorizes the summary publication of Ordinance No. 22-12, which was approved by City Council on August 15, 2022. The City Charter allows summary publication of ordinances that are in excess of 500 words in length. Approval of this resolution will reduce the cost of publishing due to the size of the ordinance.

RESOLVED, That the publication of Ordinance No. 22-12 shall be made by the following summary:
Ordinance No. 22-12 amends Sections 5.16.3.G, 5.20.10 and 5.30.1 of Chapter 55 (Unified Development Code) of Title V of The Code of The City of Ann Arbor. The amendments will remove restrictions on the number of marijuana facility licenses per lot, reorganize marijuana facility requirements, modify requirements for trees in the public right-of-way, and amend and restructure applicability and requirements for landscape modifications.
The effective date of the Ordinance is 10 days after publication.
