Whereas, SIS Kona, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known as 3885 Research Park Drive, by a deed recorded in Liber 4953, Page 384 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and

 

Whereas, SIS Kona, LLC has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances as shown and described on the attached map:

 

THE PROPOSED WATER MAIN EASEMENT SITUATED IN THE CITY OF ANN ARBOR, WASHTENAW COUNTY, STATE OF MICHIGAN, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:  PART OF LOT 4 OF "RESEARCH PARK" A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 9, TOWN 3 SOUTH, RANGE 6 EAST, CITY OF ANN ARBOR, WASHTENAW COUNTY, MICHIGAN; ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN LIBER 15 OF PLATS, PAGES 56 AND 57 OF THE WASHTENAW COUNTY RECORDS, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 4; THENCE S 01°06'00" E ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 4 BEING THE WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF RESEARCH PARK DRIVE (80 FEET WIDE) (ASPHALT PAVEMENT), A DISTANCE OF 40.84 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE PROPOSED WATER MAIN EASEMENT; THENCE S 89°30'00" W, A DISTANCE OF 294.45 FEET; THENCE S 01°02'11" E, A DISTANCE OF 197.37 FEET; THENCE S 21°30'31" E, A DISTANCE OF 62.74 FEET; THENCE S 48°01'38" E, A DISTANCE OF 217.99 FEET; THENCE ALONG THE ARC OF A 532.95 FOOT RADIUS NON-TANGENTIAL CIRCULAR CURVE TO THE LEFT, HAVING A CHORD BEARING N 34°49'46" E, A CHORD LENGTH OF 40.31 FEET, AND ARC LENGTH OF 40.32 FEET ALONG THE WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF RESEARCH PARK DRIVE (80 FEET WIDE); THENCE N 48°01'38" W, A DISTANCE OF 220.52 FEET; THENCE N 01°02'11" W, A DISTANCE OF 181.34 FEET; THENCE N 89°30'00" E, A DISTANCE OF 250.78 FEET; THENCE N 01°06'00" W, A DISTANCE OF 40.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE PROPOSED WATER MAIN EASEMENT.

CONTAINING ±0.665 ACRES

 

RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
