Whereas, Hilda E. Ward is the owner of property commonly known as 2873 Packard Road, by virtue of deed recorded in Liber 4869, Page 415 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Hilda E. Ward has signed a grant of easement for sanitary sewers and appurtenances, described as:
Commencing at the S 1/4 corner of Section 3, T3S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence N89°47'30”E 999.63 feet along the South line of said Section 3; thence N00°56'00"E 33.01 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing N00°56'00"E 17.00 feet;
thence N89°47'30"E 161.47 feet; thence S00°56'00"W 17.00 feet; thence S89°47'30"W 161.47 feet along the North right of way line of Packard Road (variable width) to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Being a part of the SE 1/4 of Section 3, T3S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
