Title
Resolution to Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Tyler Technology Agreements for Land Management and Permitting Software, Amend the FY21 Budget and Appropriate Necessary Funds ($139,563) (8 Votes Required)
Memorandum
The City has contracted with Tyler Technology to provide an enterprise land management and permitting software as a replacement for our existing TRAKiT and eTRAKit system.

This amendment is for the purpose of covering the cost for additional services requested by the City's project team. Per the contract, the City's project team agreed to complete the configuration of thirty-nine business processes. However, with the departure of the city's project lead, it was determined the best course of action would be for Tyler to complete all the configurations for consistency and time advantages. Other services such as additional applications and special reports have also been requested to improve process flow and data generation.

With the request of these additional services, the go live date for the new software has been pulled forward from October 2021 to March 15, 2021. The City's project team is requesting to amend the FY21 budget for the Construction Fund by $139,563. This total reflects the Tyler quote for service of $126,875 and a 10% contingency for any unforeseen implementation cost that could stall the project.
