Resolution to Accept a Sidewalk Easement at Narrow Gauge Way Nature Area from Ann Arbor Forest Condominium Association (8 Votes Required)
Memorandum
The Forest Condominium has requested that the City construct a public sidewalk adjacent to Narrow Gauge Way Nature Area along Green Road, a private road. Because the public sidewalk will be on private property, an easement is required. This easement will need to be accepted by Council on October 21, 2019 to allow the City time to construct the sidewalk this year.

Whereas, the Ann Arbor Forest Condominium Association is the association of co-owners designated to administer real property commonly known as The Forest condominium in Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103, as described in Master Deed recorded in Liber 2451, Page 1 of Deeds, as amended, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, the Ann Arbor Forest Condominium Association has signed a grant of easement for sidewalks, described as:
A 10 foot wide sidewalk easement being a part of the General Common Elements of The Forest condominium, Washtenaw County Condominium Subdivision Plan No. 134, according to the Master Deed thereof recorded in Liber 2451, page 1, as amended in the Washtenaw County Records, described as: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Unit 19 of said "The Forest" condominium; thence South 67 degrees 02 minutes 31 seconds West 10.00 feet; thence 115.51 feet along the arc of a curve to the right, radius of 312.83 feet; chord bearing North 12 degrees 22 minutes 49 seconds West 114.85 feet; thence North 01 degree 48 minutes 07 seconds West 51.05 feet to the North line of said "The Forest" condominium; thence North 88 degrees 13 minutes 52 seconds East 10.00 feet along said North line to the Northeasterly corner of said condominium and the East line of Green Ro...
