Resolution to Accept a Variable Width Pedestrian Easement at Kingsley Condominiums from Kingsley Condominiums LLC (8 Votes Required)

Memorandum

This easement is a requirement of the Kingsley Condominium site plan and provides access through the sidewalks along the parking lot.

 

This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.

 

Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, Kingsley Condominiums LLC is the owner of property commonly known as Kingsley Condominiums as described in a Master Deed recorded in Liber 5212, Page 839 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and

 

Whereas, Kingsley Condominiums has signed a grant of easement for public nonmotorized and pedestrian travel, described as:
