Whereas, Brixmor Holdings 1 SPE, LLC is the owner of property commonly known as 155-396 N. Maple Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103 (Maple Village Shopping Center), described at Liber 4641, Page 463 and Liber 5155, page 857 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Brixmor Holdings 1 SPE, LLC has signed a grant of easement for sidewalks, paths, or ways for public nonmotorized and pedestrian travel and appurtenances thereto, described as:
A 4 Foot Wide Sidewalk Easement Situated In The City Of Ann Arbor, County Of Washtenaw, State Of Michigan, More Particularly Described As Follows: Commencing At The Northeast Corner Of Section 25, Town 2 South, Range 5 East, City Of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; Thence South 88°51'38" West Along The North Line Of Said Section 45.00 Feet To The Point Of Beginning; Thence South 01°38'00" East Parallel With The East Line Of Said Section 1222.05 Feet; Thence South 88°32'30" West 4.00 Feet; Thence North 01°38'00" West Parallel With The East Line Of Said Section 1222.07 Feet To A Point On The North Line Of Said Section; Thence North 88°51'38" East Along The North Line Of Said Section 4.00 Feet To The Point Of Beginning. Contains 0.11 Acres, More Or Less.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
