Whereas, The Public Schools of the City of Ann Arbor (AAPS) is the owner of property commonly known as the Thurston Elementary School at 2300 Prairie Street; and
Whereas, AAPS has signed a grant of easement for water mains, storm sewers and appurtenances, described as:
The centerline of a 40-foot wide easement described as:
Commencing at the W 1/4 corner of Section 14, T2S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence S01°11’40”E 796.11 feet along the West line of said Section 14 to the Point of Beginning; thence S68°32'33"E 20.85 feet; thence N87°33'10"E 187.46 feet; thence S47°26'50"E 432.27 feet; thence S03°03'54"E 190.09 feet; thence S86°56'06"W 73.79 feet; thence N86°56'06"E 73.79 feet; thence S03°03'54"E 27.66 feet; thence S41°56'06"W 274.51 feet; thence N81°48'54"W 153.12 feet; thence N31°10'33"W 140.44 feet; thence N09°15'41"E 37.95 feet; thence N42°29'33"W 81.76 feet; thence S42°29'33"E 81.76 feet; thence S09°15'41"W 37.95 feet; thence S31°10'33"E 3.00 feet; thence S54°15'41"W 167.02 feet to a point on the Northeasterly right-of-way line of Prairie St. (66’ wide) and the Point of Ending.
