Memorandum
Attached for your review and consideration for approval, please find a resolution to authorize the award of, and entry into, a Professional Services Agreement with CTI and Associates, Inc. (CTI) for construction materials testing services in an amount up to $31,491.00 for the Scio Church Road Improvements Project. A contingency amount of $10,000.00 is requested to cover changes orders approved by the City Administrator.
