Resolution to Accept a Water Main Easement at 505 Riverview Drive from Daniel Leung and Joy Tien Leung as Trustees of the Daniel Leung and Joy Tien Leung Living Trust dated March 3, 2016 (8 Votes Required)
Memorandum
This easement allows the City to close a water main loop in the Geddes/Riverview area as recommended in the CIP as part of the Riverview Drive Water Main and Sanitary Sewer Extension Project. Closing this loop requires an easement over private property. In exchange for granting the easement, the grantor will not be charged an extension or capital cost recovery charge, or tap, meter set, or plumbing permit fee, and the City will install a water service from the main to allow for connection to grantor's property.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, Daniel Leung and Joy Tien Leung as Trustees of the Daniel Leung and Joy Tien Leung Living Trust dated March 3, 2016 are the owners of property commonly known as 505 Riverview Drive, described in Liber 5140, Page 607 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Daniel Leung and Joy Tien Leung as Trustees of the Daniel Leung and Joy Tien Leung Living Trust dated March 3, 2016 have signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described as:
