Title
Resolution to Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Services Agreement with Solomon Diving, Inc. for Dive Inspection Services ($75,000.00)
Memorandum
This memorandum and resolution requests approval of Amendment No. 1 to the services agreement for dive inspection services with Solomon Diving, Inc. (Solomon) for an additional $75,000.00 to be expended in FY15 and FY16. A services agreement was executed in November 2013 with Solomon for up to $20,000.00 per each year for FY14, FY15 and FY16.

The City is seeking to amend the services agreement with Solomon to accommodate additional dive inspection service needs through the next two fiscal years. It is therefore, recommended that City Council approve Amendment No. 1 to the services agreement with Solomon, to provide additional Dive Inspection Services for FY15 and FY16.

Solomon complies with the requirements of the Nondiscrimination and Living Wage Ordinances.
