This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, Green Road Retail, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known as 3601 Plymouth Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105, described at Liber 5106, Page 485 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Green Road Retail, LLC, has signed a grant of easement for sanitary sewers and appurtenances, described as:
Commencing at the South 1/4 corner of Section 14, T2S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence N01°40'45"W 809.12 feet along the North-South 1/4 line of said Section 14; thence N69°00'35"E 760.72 feet along the Centerline of Plymouth Road (100 feet wide); thence N20°59'25"W 50.00 feet for a PLACE OF BEGINNING; thence S69°00'35"W 228.01 feet along the North Right-of-Way line of said Plymouth Road; thence N20°59'25"W 17.32 feet; thence N69°15'12"E 228.01 feet; thence S20°59'25"E 16.35 feet to the Place of Beginning.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor accepts this grant of easement.
