Memorandum
This is an easement for a new water main shown on the site plan for the Holiday Inn Express & Suites at 3853 Research Park Drive, Site Plan SP16-106, which was approved by City Council on June 19, 2017, R-17-240. This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, Stellar Ann Arbor 3 LLC is the owner and developer of property commonly known as 3853 Research Park Dr., described at Liber 5177, Page 639 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Stellar Ann Arbor 3 LLC has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described as:
Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot 1 of Research Park, as recorded in Liber 15 of Plats, Pages 56 and 57, Washtenaw County Records; thence northerly along the S. State Street right-of-way 175.25 feet along an arc of a circular curve west, radius 897.43 feet, central angle 11°11’22”, chord N11°58’10”W 174.98 feet; thence northerly 111.77 feet along an arc of a circular curve east, radius 1680.86 feet, central angle 3°48’36”, chord N15°39’44”W 111.75 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence N78°09’03”E 195.73 feet; thence S11°51’00”E 11.68 feet; thence N78°09’00”E 40.00 feet; thence N11°51’00”W 51.68 feet; thence S78°09’00”W 236.59 feet to the S. State Street right-of-way; thence alone aforementioned right-of-way southerly 40.02 feet along an arc of a circular curve east, radius 1680.86 feet, central angle 01°21’50”, chord S13°04’31”E 40.01 feet, returning to the Point of Beginning.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accept this grant of easement.
