This easement is given pursuant to the Nixon Farm South Site Plan approved by City Council on December 21, 2015, R-15-418.
The easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.

Whereas, Toll MI VI Limited Partnership, a Michigan limited partnership, is the developer of property commonly known as North Oaks Condominium, a condominium according to the Master Deed recorded in Liber 5179, page 608, as amended, Washtenaw County Records and designated as Washtenaw County Condominium Subdivision No. 645, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105; and
Whereas, Toll MI VI Limited Partnership has signed a grant of easement for storm sewers and appurtenances as described on the attached map:
DESCRIPTION OF A 30 FOOT WIDE STORM WATER EASEMENT 'A', LOCATED IN SECTION 15, T2S, R6E, CITY OF ANN ARBOR, WASHTENAW COUNTY, MICHIGAN
Commencing at the North 1 / 4 Corner of Section 15, T2S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence N88?16'54"E 666.12 feet along the North line of said Section 15 and the centerline of Dhu Varren Road (variable width); thence S01?43'06"E 60.00 feet for a PLACE OF BEGINNING thence S00?38'18"E 234.29 feet; thence S43?08'05"W 34.06 feet; thence N46?51'55"W 30.00 feet; thence N43?08'05"E 22.01 feet; thence N00?38'18"W 221.67 feet; thence N88?16'54"E 30.01 feet along the South line of said Dhu Varren Road to the Place of Beginning.
