This is an easement for a new hydrant at Mitchell Elementary School. This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, AAPS is the owner property located at 3550 Pittsview Drive and commonly known as Mitchell Elementary School; and
Whereas, AAPS has signed a grant of easement for water mains, storm sewers and related appurtenances, described as:
COMMENCING AT THE WEST 1/4 CORNER OF SECTION 11, TOWN 3 SOUTH, RANGE 6 EAST, CITY OF ANN ARBOR, WASHTENAW COUNTY, MICHIGAN; THENCE N87°42'47"E, 1342.23 FEET ALONG THE EAST-WEST 1/4 LINE OF SAID SECTION 11, AND S01°33'07"E, 557.68 FEET, AND N87°42'47"E, 78.55 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE N69°17'13"E, 70.00 FEET; THENCE S20°42'47"E, 40.00 FEET; THENCE S69°17'13"W, 70.00 FEET; THENCE N20°42'47"W, 40.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. BEING PART OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 11, TOWN 3 SOUTH, RANGE 6 EAST, CITY OF ANN ARBOR, WASHTENAW COUNTY, MICHIGAN.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
