Memorandum
This easement is for a new sanitary sewer in conjunction with a land division of 3300 and 3318 Dexter Road. The new parcels are 609, 611, 613 and 615 Ironwood Drive.
This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, Charles Zent and Pamela Gearhart are the owners of property commonly known as 609, 611, 613 and 615 Ironwood Drive, by virtue of a deed recorded in Liber 5274, Page 593 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Charles Zent and Pamela Gearhart have signed a grant of easement for sanitary sewers and appurtenances, described as:
Commencing at the southeasterly corner of Lot 4 "Dexter Avenue Hills", a subdivision of part of the west half of section 24, T2S-RSE, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan as recorded in Liber 6 of Plats, Page 49, Washtenaw County Records; thence N24°57'35"E 84.53 feet along the westerly line of Ironwood Drive (60 feet wide) to the point of beginning; thence N65°02'25"W 39.79 feet; thence N69°39'33"W 78.87 feet; thence N82°50'01"W 98.09 feet; thence N15°43'50"E 30.34 feet; thence S82°50'01"E 97.04 feet; thence S69°39'33"E 82.33 feet; thence S89°54'04"E 46.51 feet; thence S24°57'35"W 49.46 feet along the westerly line of said Ironwood Drive to the point of beginning. Being part of lots 2, 3, and 4 of said "Dexter Avenue Hills".
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accept this grant of easement.
