Memorandum
There is a resolution before you to accept a grant of easement from the County of Washtenaw for the construction and maintenance of a water main.
The easement is in standard form and conveyed at no cost to the City.
Acceptance of the grant of easement is recommended.

Whereas, The County of Washtenaw, a County of the State of Michigan, is the fee simple owner of property located in the City of Ann Arbor, County of Washtenaw, Michigan, as described in the Washtenaw County Records at Liber 4708, Page 205, recorded on November 26, 2008; and
Whereas, The County of Washtenaw has delivered an easement to the City for the construction and maintenance of municipally operated public services to run with the land and burden the respective property perpetually, being more particularly described as follows:
Description of 40 foot wide Easement:
