Memorandum

Conveyance of this easement is part of the Hyatt Place project.

 

This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.

 

Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, South State Street Ann Arbor Retail LLC is the owner of property commonly known as 3201 South State Street a/k/a South State Street Ann Arbor Retail Condominium, described in a Master Deed recorded in Liber 5157, Page 199 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and

 

Whereas, South State Street Ann Arbor Retail LLC has signed a grant of easement for sanitary sewers and appurtenances, described as:

 

Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of Section 9, Town 3 South, Range 6 East, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan thence N 01°39’00” W 1376.30 feet along the West line of said Section 9 and the centerline of South State Street (variable width); thence N 87°22’30”E 100.00 feet to the easterly right-of-way line of South State Street; thence along said right-of-way N 01°39’00” W 199.42 feet; thence N 87°42’20”E 142.37 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing N 87°42’20” E 398.23 feet; thence S 01°39’00” E 35.00 feet; thence S 87°42’20” W 397.83 feet; thence N 02°17’40” W 35.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.  Being a part of the South State Street Ann Arbor Retail Condominium Subdivision Plan No. 639, as recorded in Liber 5157, Page 199, Washtenaw County Records.  Located in the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 9, Town 3 South, Range 6 East, Washtenaw County, Michigan, and containing 0.32 acres of land, more or less.

 

RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
