Attached is a resolution to approve the request from Zeniada Spanish Restaurant and Lounge, LLC, to transfer ownership and location of a 2007 Class C Liquor Licensed Business with Entertainment Permit, located in escrow at 414 S. Main St., Suite 120 in Ann Arbor, to Legends Nightclub LLC, located at 210 S. Fifth, Suites A, B, and C.
The applicant plans to operate this establishment as a nightclub, with no food service, from 9 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
