Memorandum
This ordinance will zone these 4 park properties to PL, now that the properties have been officially annexed into the City.  The proposed zoning is consistent with the adjacent zoning, the surrounding land uses, and the City's Master Plan.  The City Planning Commission, at its meeting of November 18, 2008, recommended approval of the request.

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP BEING A PART OF CHAPTER 55 OF TITLE V OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF ANN ARBOR.
 
The City of Ann Arbor ordains:
