Attached for your consideration is a resolution to approve the closing of certain streets for the Big House/Big Heart Running Event on Sunday, October 4, 2009 from 6:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. The race is scheduled to begin at 8:00 A.M. and end by 11:00 A.M. with set up from 6:00 A.M. to 8:00 A.M. and cleanup from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. All streets will be reopened as soon as safely possible after participants have cleared the affected areas.
