Memorandum
This easement is included in the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) Village Oaks/Chaucer Court Storm Sewer Overflow Project (UT-ST-14-01) to relieve neighborhood flooding, as approved in Council resolution R-18-375. This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, John M. McLaughlin and Sara K. McLaughlin are the owners of property commonly known as 2275 Chaucer Court, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103, described at Liber 5267, Page 36, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, John M. McLaughlin and Sara K. McLaughlin, has signed a grant of easement for storm sewers, described as:
Commencing at the NW Corner of Lot 375 of the “Lansdowne No. 3” Subdivision, as recorded in Liber 21 of Plats, Pages 31-33, Washtenaw County Records, thence S 86°29’30” E 90.54 feet along the North line of said Lot 375, to the Point of Beginning, thence continuing S 86°29’30” E 43.14 feet along the North line of said Lot 375; thence S 42°25’39” E 17.27 feet; thence S 52°42’49” W 30.12 feet along the Southeasterly line of said Lot 375; thence N 42°25’39” W 45.57 feet to the Point of Beginning;
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
