Resolution Accepting Annual Renewal Recommendations of the Council Liquor License Review Committee and Setting Hearings for Non-Renewal of Liquor Licenses
Memorandum
The Council Liquor License Review Committee has completed its annual review process required by Chapter 109 of the Ann Arbor City Code of all on-premises liquor licenses in the City of Ann Arbor.
The attached resolution requests acceptance of the Recommendations of the Council Liquor License Review Committee on setting hearings for non-renewal for the following liquor license holders:
* Liquor License No. Class C-115576-2015 held by The Arena, Inc. (d/b/a The Arena) (Business ID 140967) for outstanding personal property tax due and payable to the City as of the date of the Annual Review (Section 9.79(b) Ann Arbor City Code).
* Liquor License No. Class C-230685-2015 held by 5Z Restaurants Ann Arbor, LLC (d/b/a Burgerfi) (Business ID 232181) for outstanding personal property tax and other outstanding obligations due and payable to the City as of the date of the Annual Review (Section 9.79(b) Ann Arbor City Code)
* Liquor License No. Class C Resort-22467-2015 held by Fantastic Restaurants, LLC (d/b/a Tony Sacco's) (Business ID 229549) for outstanding personal property tax and other outstanding obligations due and payable to the City as of the date of the Annual Review (Section 9.79(b) Ann Arbor City Code)
* Liquor License No. Class C Resort-221688-2015 held by What Crepe Ann Arbor, LLC (d/b/a What Crepe?) (Business ID 230295) for outstanding personal property tax and other outstanding obligations due and payable to the City as of the date of the Annual Review (Section 9.79(b) Ann Arbor City Code)
