Memorandum
The Ann Arbor Housing Commission created the Ann Arbor Housing Development Corporation Board to support the mission of the Ann Arbor Housing Commission. The AAHC is the sole member of the AAHDC and the AAHC selects the members of the board for the AAHDC. The AAHDC's board can have up to 7 members, and it currently has an open seat.

Article III, Section 1. Member. The Ann Arbor Housing Commission shall be the sole member of the Corporation (the "Member").

Article III, Section 2. Appointment, Resignation, and Removal. The board shall be appointed by the Member. The Board shall remain in office commensurate with the terms of Board Members of the Member.
