Memorandum
There is a resolution before you to accept an easement for sidewalk at 1501 E. Stadium Blvd., Ann Arbor, Michigan for property owned by K & R Stadium, LLC, a Michigan Limited Liability Company and the Violet B. Parker Testamentary Trust.
The easement is in standard form and conveyed to the City for the amount of $2500.00. The value of the easement is based on a determination of the fair market value of an easement acquired for the stated area and purpose. Funding for the project is available in the approved capital improvement plan for the East Stadium Blvd. Improvement Project.
Acceptance of the easement is recommended.

Whereas, K & R Stadium, LLC, a Michigan Limited Liability Company, and the Violet B. Parker Testamentary Trust are the owner in fee simple of property located in the City of Ann Arbor, County of Washtenaw, State of Michigan, as described in the Washtenaw County Records at Liber 4458, Page 298 recorded on February 15, 2005, and Liber 2452 Page 943 recorded on November 14, 1990; and
Whereas, K & R Stadium, LLC and the Violet B. Parker Testamentary Trust have delivered an easement for sidewalk located in the City of Ann Arbor, County of Washtenaw to the City to encumber and run with the land and burden the respective property perpetually, being more particularly described as follows:
VARIABLE WIDTH R.O.W. SIDEWALK EASEMENT (1501 EAST STADIUM BLVD.) DESCRIBED AS:
