Memorandum
There is a resolution before you to accept an easement for sidewalk at 1501 E. Stadium Blvd., Ann Arbor, Michigan for property owned by K & R Stadium, LLC, a Michigan Limited Liability Company and the Violet B. Parker Testamentary Trust.
The easement is in standard form and conveyed to the City for the amount of $2500.00. The value of the easement is based on a determination of the fair market value of an easement acquired for the stated area and purpose. Funding for the project is available in the approved capital improvement plan for the East Stadium Blvd. Improvement Project.
Acceptance of the easement is recommended.

Whereas, K & R Stadium, LLC, a Michigan Limited Liability Company, and the Violet B. Parker Testamentary Trust are the owner in fee simple of property located in the City of Ann Arbor, County of Washtenaw, State of Michigan, as described in the Washtenaw County Records at Liber 4458, Page 298 recorded on February 15, 2005, and Liber 2452 Page 943 recorded on November 14, 1990; and
Whereas, K & R Stadium, LLC and the Violet B. Parker Testamentary Trust have delivered an easement for sidewalk located in the City of Ann Arbor, County of Washtenaw to the City to encumber and run with the land and burden the respective property perpetually, being more particularly described as follows:
VARIABLE WIDTH R.O.W. SIDEWALK EASEMENT (1501 EAST STADIUM BLVD.) DESCRIBED AS:
BEGINNING at the southwest corner of Lot 20, "Frisinger Land Company's Subdivision", as recorded in Liber 9 of plats, page 35, Washtenaw County Records; Thence N25°48'22"W 16.43 feet along the west line of said Lot 20, said west line also being the east line of Packard St.(66 ft. wd.); Thence southeasterly 31.93 feet along a curve to the left, having a radius of 49.11 feet and a delta angle of 37°15'13"; Thence S82°26'55"E 7.14 feet; Thence N89°55'00"W 28.06 feet along the south line of said Lot 20, said line also being the northerly right of way of East Stadium Blvd(80 ft. wd.), to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, being a part of the south ½ of section 33, T2S, R6E, in the City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, Containing 117 square feet of land, more or less.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts said grant of easement.
