Memorandum
DTE is conducting capital maintenance of its gas infrastructure as part of its ongoing Gas Main Renewal Program. These easements cover areas of existing gas pipeline infrastructure for which no easement presently exists. DTE's construction schedule necessitates these easements being in place the week of August 15.

The Parks Department and Public Services have reviewed and approved the easements.

RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby approves grants of easement to DTE Gas Company for gas pipeline at Veterans Park and Virginia Park, described as follows:

PROPOSED VARIABLE WIDTH GAS PIPELINE EASEMENT:
A VARIABLE WIDTH EASEMENT, LYING 5 FEET ON EITHER SIDE (FIRST & SECOND COURSES), AND 25 FEET ON EITHER SIDE (3RD COURSE), BEING A PART OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 30, TOWN 2 SOUTH, RANGE 6 EAST, CITY OF ANN ARBOR, WASHTENAW COUNTY, MICHIGAN, DESCRIBED AS:
