Memorandum
This is a permanent easement for an existing storm sewer for which the City did not have a recorded easement along with a temporary construction easement. This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, Tram Properties, L.L.C., a Michigan limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known 251 Hiscock Street, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103, by virtue of deed recorded in Liber 4653, Page 611 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Tram Properties, L.L.C. has signed a grant of temporary construction easement and permanent easement for storm sewer and appurtenances as described on the attached map;
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
