This easement is granted in accordance with the site plan for the Homewood Suites Planned Project Site Plan approved by Council on July 2, 2018, R-18-279.
This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, Stellar Hospitality A2 LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known as 2457 S. State Street, by virtue of deed recorded in Liber 5215, Page 1 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Stellar Hospitality A2 LLC has signed a grant of easement for sanitary sewers and appurtenances shown and described on the attached map:
Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of Section 4, Town 3 South, Range 6 East; thence N87°00’30”E 482.38 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence N04°06’56”W 135.58 feet; thence S88°40’00”W 125.26 feet; thence N01°20’00”W 30.00 feet; thence N88°40’00”E 153.84 feet; thence S04°06’56”E 164.74 feet; thence S87°00’30”W 30.00 feet, returning
to the Point of Beginning.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
