Memorandum
This ordinance will rezone this residential property to R4C. The property has been unzoned since its annexation in 1987. This staff-initiated rezoning is consistent with the adjacent zoning, the surrounding land uses, and the City's Master Plan. The City Planning Commission, at its meeting of June 15, 2010, recommended approval of the request.

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 55 OF TITLE V OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF ANN Arbor, ZONING MAP
The City of Ann Arbor ordains:
