Whereas, Linda L. Moody and Tanya Thunberg aka Toyna Thunberg, joint tenants with full rights of survivorship, are the owners of property commonly known as 1520 Pear Street, Ann Arbor MI 48105; and
Whereas, Linda L. Moody and Tanya A. Thunberg, have signed a grant of easement for public sidewalk described below and shown on the attached map:
A 3 FOOT WIDE EASEMENT FOR SIDEWALK PURPOSES, IN LOTS 5 & 6 OF PARTRIDGE'S ADDITION SUBDIVISION (LIBER 60 PAGE 317) IN SECTION 21, TOWN 2 SOUTH, RANGE 6 EAST, CITY OF ANN ARBOR, WASHTENAW COUNTY, MICHIGAN, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 1 OF SAID SUBDIVISION; THENCE N15°31'20"E 366.90 FEET ALONG THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY OF PEAR STREET (49.5 FEET WIDE - PUBLIC), TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE S74°24'53"E 3.00 FEET; THENCE N15°31'20"E 15.00 FEET PARALLEL TO THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF SAID ROAD; THENCE N74°24'53"W 3.00 FEET TO THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY OF SAID ROAD; THENCE S15°31'20"W 15.00 FEET ALONG SAID EAST LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. CONTAINING 45 SQUARE FEET MORE OR LESS.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
