Memorandum

Approval of this ordinance will rezone this 0.26 acre parcel from TWP to PL now that the property has been officially annexed into the City and is owned by Ann Arbor Parks and Recreation Department.

 

The City Planning Commission determined that the proposed rezoning is consistent with the adjacent zoning, the surrounding land uses, and the City's Comprehensive Land Use Plan and recommended approval of the request at the April 7, 2026 meeting.
