Resolution to Approve an Easement Agreement for Water Main at 3125 Hunting Valley Road (8 Votes Required)
Memorandum
This easement agreement is executed to allow a proposed building encroachment into an existing water main easement. The water main is proposed to be replaced and relocated elsewhere in 2028 as part of the City's Capital Improvement Project (UT-WS-24-03). The property owners are requesting a new garage addition that will encroach into the existing easement and are willing to grant the new relocated easement once drawings are available for the Capital Improvement Project (UT-WS-24-03).

Whereas, John K. Morris and Michelle X. Morris have signed an easement agreement for water main and appurtenances as shown and described in the attached easement and map:
