Memorandum

Approval of this resolution will rezone two abutting parcels, totaling 0.28 acres, from R1D to R2A to allow the construction of two principal dwelling units per parcel.

 

The City Planning Commission determined that the proposed rezoning is consistent with the adjacent zoning, the surrounding land uses, and the City's Comprehensive Plan and recommended approval of the request at its meeting of May 5, 2026.
