On March 26, 2026, the City Clerk’s Office received the attached Resolution Exempting Ad Valorem Property Taxes from Capture from the Washtenaw Community College Board of Trustees Regarding the Proposed Expansion Area of the Ann Arbor Downtown Development Authority of Tax Increment Financing District.
The public hearing regarding adoption of the Ann Arbor Development TIF Plan 2026-2055 (“Amended Plan”) occurred on February 2, 2026, which is followed by a 60-day op out period for taxing jurisdictions affected.
