Memorandum

On February 19, 2026, the City Clerk’s Office received the attached Resolution Exempting Ad Valorem Property Taxes from Capture from the Huron-Clinton Metropolitan Authority “Regarding the Amendment of District Boundaries and Amendment to Development Plan and Termination and Adoption of Tax Increment Finance Plan of the Ann Arbor Downtown Development Authority (DDA).”

 

The public hearing regarding adoption of the Ann Arbor Development TIF Plan 2026-2055 (“Amended Plan”) occurred on February 2, 2026, which is followed by a 60-day op out period for taxing jurisdictions affected.
