Whereas, Glorycrest Burton Road Inc., a Michigan corporation, is the owner of property commonly known as 2805 Burton Road, Ann Arbor MI 48104; and
Whereas, Glorycrest Burton Road Inc. has signed a grant of easement for water main and appurtenances as shown and described in the attached easement and map:

Commencing at the SW corner of Lot 14 of "Supervisor's Plat Number One" as recorded in Liber 9 of Plats, Page 49, Washtenaw County Records, a subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 2, T3S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence N00?56'48"E 817.07 feet along the Easterly right-of-way line of Burton Road (Variable width) to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along said Easterly right-of-way line of Burton Road N00?56'48"E 40.00 feet; thence S89?03'12"E 115.51 feet; thence S00?56'48'W 56.50 feet; thence N89?03'12"W 40.00 feet; thence N00?56'48"E 16.50 feet; thence N89?03'12"W 75.51 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
