Whereas, Glorycrest Burton Road Inc., a Michigan corporation, is the owner of property commonly known as 2805 Burton Road, Ann Arbor MI 48104; and

 

Whereas, Glorycrest Burton Road Inc., has signed a grant of easement for public sidewalk described below and shown on the attached map:

 

Commencing at the SW corner of Lot 14 of “Supervisor's Plat Number One” as recorded in Liber 9 of Plats, Page 49, Washtenaw County Records, a subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 2, T3S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, also being the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence N00°56'48”E 1,165.04 feet along the Easterly right-of-way line of Burton Road (Variable width); thence S89°01'34”E 6.00 feet; thence S00°56'48”W 1,027.59 feet; thence S17°54'44”W 10.28 feet; thence S00°56'48”W 127.61 feet; thence N89°04'04”W 3.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Being part of the SE 1/4 of Section 2, T3S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan.

 

RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
