APPROVAL OF AGENDA  
Member Berry moved and Member Michelon seconded the motion  
to approve the agenda. On a voice vote, Chairperson Bartelme  
declared the motion approved.  
PUBLIC COMMENT (3-MINUTES)

Mr. Haber and Ms. Hugonet-Haber spoke about the upcoming Earth Day events on the Library Lot. Mr.  
Wagnon spoke about having dialogue on better practices for economic and environmental issues.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR REPORT  
Ms. Thomson said the April 1st Board meeting is cancelled. All future Work Sessions will be held at  
the DDA office. Updated invites will be sent out. The April 15th Work Session will include several agenda  
items. The DDA Development Plan is on the April 20th City Council agenda. The Ann Arbor District  
Library opted out of both the original and the expanded district tax capture. The County voted last week  
to opt out of the DDA expansion TIF capture.

DDA MEMBERS COMMUNICATIONS  
Mr. Dohoney reported that he authorized overtime for employees this week to clean-up debris in the  
downtown area during the early morning hours. He stated this is a temporary fix to an ongong problem,  
and that a long-term solution is needed. Chairperson Bartelme stated that DDA board member, Steve  
Brummer, submitted his resignation. Mr. Brummer has a new job outside of the DDA District. Mr.  
Bartelme thanked Mr. Brummer for his service to the DDA and wished him well.

to adjourn the meeting. On a voice vote, Chairperson Bartelme  
declared the motion approved.
