Call to Order: Present: Mayor Taylor and Councilmembers Radina and  
Watson. Absent: Councilmembers Briggs and Eyer. Meeting called to  
order at 4:16 p.m. Also present: City Administrator Dohoney, City  
Attorney Kaur, and Sara Higgins who recorded the minutes.  
Councilmember Eyer arrived at 4:19 p.m.
