CALL TO ORDER  
City Clerk Jacqueline Beaudry called the meeting of the City Election  
Commission to order at 3:30 p.m. in the Guy C. Larcom, Jr. Building, 2nd  
Floor Council Work Room, 301 E. Huron Street.  
ROLL CALL  
Assistant City Attorney Matt Thomas was present to represent the City  
Attorney's Office.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA  
A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Chair Beaudry, that  
the Agenda be approved. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the  
motion carried.  
PUBLIC COMMENT  
None.  
APPROVAL OF MINUTES  
A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Chair Beaudry, that  
the Election Commission Meeting Minutes of January 30, 2026 be  
approved by the Commission and forwarded to the City Council by  
6/1/2026. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried.  
NEW BUSINESS  
School), 2-21 (Thurston Elementary), 3-27 and 3-30 (Scarlett Middle  
School), 4-34 and 4-38 (Pioneer High School), 4-37 and 5-48 (Dicken  
Elementary) and 5-45 (Slauson Middle School), for the Primary Election on  
Tuesday, August 4, 2026 due to Construction Projects at the Ann Arbor  
Public Schools

Sponsors:  
Election Commissioners tweaked the resolution slightly to include  
sending temporary polling location change notices to each household.  
A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Chair Beaudry, that  
the Resolution be recommended for approval to the City Council by  
6/1/2026. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried.  
UNFINISHED BUSINESS  
Confirm Election Commission Delegates  
The Election Commission deferred discussion of delegates until all  
voting members were in attendance.

Seeing no further business before the Commission, the Chair  
declared the meeting adjourned at 3:42 p.m.
