Sam Homan , Ann Arbor resident, called in to request/recommend that  
Parks purchase development rights and option to buy the vacant lot  
(1325 Harpst) behind Woodbury Park as part of the possible  
redevelopment. He believes it will add value to the park and would  
connect the park to the neighborhood south, which currently has no  
access.
