Roll Call: Present: Mayor Taylor and Councilmembers Radina and  
Watson. Absent: Councilmembers Eyer and Briggs. Meeting called to  
order at 4:18 p.m. Also present: City Administrator Dohoney, City  
Attorney Kaur, and Director of Operations Sara Higgins who recorded the  
minutes. Councilmember Eyer arrived at 4:21 p.m.  
APPROVAL OF AGENDA  
Motion to amend the agenda order for Unfinished Business to appear  
after New Business by Councilmember Radina, seconded by  
Councilmember Watson. Amended agenda approved.

Proposed Council Rules Revision (Atleen Kaur)  
Discussion of proposed new Council Rule that Council shall not take up  
any agenda item after 11 p.m., that requires a vote of the Council, except  
by the majority of the Council. Motion by Councilmember Radina for  
Resolution to Revise Council Rules to be brought forward to July 20th,  
2026 City Council Agenda, seconded by Councilmember Watson and  
approved all in favor by Committee.
